I can help with conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, female health issues including oestrogen dominance, chronic fatigue, trauma release and also a sense or feeling of being stuck and not being able to move forward in life amongst many others. Homeopathic remedies are also often used for more acute conditions such as coughs, colds and hayfever.

How do I help?

I am a compassionate and intuitive healer and therapist. A core part of what I do is listening. Comments from my clients have included “I really felt heard and understood”. You will find that I listen to your unique situation and bring all of my skills and experience to the table to help you. I believe that both the mind, physical body, energetic body and spirit all have a part to play in optimum health and to effect a true healing all four need to be worked with.


Through the therapies and knowledge that I have acquired and trained in over more than two decades, I have worked with and helped a great many conditions. I will guide you through a transformative journey where you will understand more deeply why you are where you are. Iridology is also often used as an additional diagnostic tool to help determine the prescription of homeopathic remedies. I may also include some spiritual guidance and gene key and astrology guidance to help you find your path in life with enthusiasm and meaning.


Over more recent years, I have found a passion for helping people release and recover from codependency and people pleasing. Having experienced many years of these situations personally, I have been on a healing journey and now use my experience to help others do the same. Healing from this is a very important step to meeting your own needs, understanding your true self, finding your place in the world and fulfilling your soul’s purpose.

Hi, I’m Clare!

Hi, I’m Clare! I am a qualified and experienced homeopath, iridologist, geomancer, GAIA healer, flower essence practitioner and Reset Clearing practitioner living and working in West Sussex, UK and also online across the world including the USA. I am also a water priestess making my own water elixirs and a medium with a very spiritual approach to life. In recent years I have really found my soul’s calling is to assist people to break free from codependency and people pleasing.


It may seem like my life has fallen into place in terms of what I am now doing with my life. However, it’s not always been that way. My childhood experiences and upbringing set me up as a people pleaser and codependency. It has taken alot of research and work to change that early formation and change the path of my life.


During this work I was amazed at the changes that homeopathy and the other modalities I used helped me achieve and I had a calling within me that urged me to retrain so that I could help others in the way that I had been helped myself. So, in 2005, after 4 years homeopathy training, I left my 20 year career as a telecommunications engineer and project manager to offer help to others in their quest for healing.

My approach and qualifications

My approach to healing is one that heals the mind, body and soul. It has a foundation in the knowledge that the body holds on to emotions, experiences and trauma physically, energetically and mentally, which then informs our health and behaviours. This approach is key to giving a more complete healing.


In over two decades in the field of healing I have gained qualifications in Homeopathy, Iridology, Flower Essences, GAIA Healing, Rest Clearing Healing, Coaching and Geomancy. As a water priestess I also make my own water elixirs which can be tailored to individual needs.


Over time I have added to my skills but also learnt more about myself and my soul’s path. This has lead to a real desire and calling to help others to break free from codependency and people pleasing using all the techniques, experience and skills I have acquired along my own healing path. I am an experienced tutor, teaching at homeopathic colleges for 15 years and I am now creating healing immersions of my own around people pleasing and codependency. Having healed myself in this way, I really want to help you do the same so that you can live a fulfilling and satisfying life, ensuring that your own needs are met. In order to do this you need to know who you truly are, what your soul essence is and part of my work is to help you discover that. Once you start following your soul’s path, you take the steps you need towards your most fulfilling life.

Frequently asked questions

How can homeopathy work if there are no molecules of the original substance left in the medicine?

Unlike other forms of medicine, homeopathy does not work on the material level. We believe, and there is mounting evidence to suggest, that homeopathy is what is known as an 'energy medicine'. Experiments in the area of quantum physics, that is, at the sub-molecular level, tend to support our theory that homeopathy is rather like a message to the body to heal itself.

Isn't it dangerous to use poisonous herbs?

It is easy to confuse homeopathy with herbalism, because in fact we also use plants in our medicines. Herbalists use tinctures (crude doses), but although some medicinal plants are potentially poisonous, our medicine is diluted so much that there is no chance of toxicity from them.

Can you treat serious diseases such as cancer?

There has been little research in this area to date, and let's be honest, most people with life-threatening illnesses see medical specialists first. However, it is important to realise that homeopathy is a complementary medicine and is frequently used alongside conventional treatments in such cases. Homeopathy can reduce the side-effects of cancer treatments, and makes a valuable contribution to the care of cancer patients.

Can I have homeopathy instead of HRT?

This is an area for which we do have evidence. Yes, homeopathy is a real alternative to HRT, but the prescription must be individualised to the patient. Homeopaths treat hot flushes, hormonal mood-swings, mild depression, headaches, itching and other menopausal problems. We can also suggest lifestyle changes and give dietary advice too.

How do we know homeopathy works? Could it just be a placebo?

There have been some important trials done in Glasgow which demonstrate that homeopathy is not simply a placebo. Remember that all medicines can behave as placebos...especially the coloured ones! The experience of many homeopaths over the past 200 years is that we achieve much higher success rates than can be attributed to placebo alone. Homeopathy has also been demonstrated to work on animals and as we are frequently asked to treat babies and small children, we are convinced it is not just a placebo.

Can you treat pregnant women and small babies?

Yes. Homeopathy comes into its own when we treat common problems of pregnancy, such as morning sickness, back-ache and fatigue. Because the medicines are safe, even very small babies can be treated, for things such as failure to feed, indigestion and colic.

What do doctors think about homeopathy?

Doctors are becoming increasingly open-minded about homeopathy and where homeopathy is integrated in the NHS, many doctors welcome it.
